“ Amazing place for comfort food. The chicken sandwich and lobster roll was really delicious and fresh washed down with their milkshake it's hard to beat. ”
“ Yummy. Great food, great service. ”
“ We visited this restaurant for my father's 73rd Birthday. Timmy our waiter was really friendly and helpful. The food (generally ) was really good. We stopped by for lunch, and Dad chose the clam chowder for starters (which he stated was delicious) and the lobster roll for main. Mum was a little disappointed with her chicken pot pie, saying it was a little bit tasteless, but ate it all anyway. I had the maple fried chicken was really nice. There are lots of things to choose from on the menu, so there should be something for everyone. There is also a fine selection of cakes to choose from, and the choc/peanut butter one was awesome. We were all really surprised when Timmy brough over some ice cream with a candle in it as a birthday treat (a nice touch). Overall this place gave us a cozy atmosphere with very friendly service. I would recommend everyone to visit at least once. We are going back for breakfast later in the week. ”
“ Great food and service. The waitress was wonderful and pleasant even though we were in late as we traveled from the national park so we did not have a good plan to eat. We were very happy to have large portions and some of the best iced tea I've had. Was a great stop for tasty food. I would really recommend it for any meal. ”
“ Great lunch stop while traveling through Ellsworth. We took advantage of the Thursday 18 lobster roll special and were not disappointed. The house made onion rings were an excellent side! ”
“ Our waitress Kelsi was so awesome. She was sweet and friendly. Jovi was very sweet also. I would definitely come back!! The food was very good. I would recommend you stop here sometime. They also have breakfast. ”
“ Yum! We stopped in after a long day of travel and were above and beyond satisfied. Lot's of menu options and we treated ourselves to a few bakery items which were delicious! ”
“ Had a great lunch at Governors. Got the butter lobster roll and the homemade mozzarella sticks. Lobster roll was great but the mozzarella sticks surprised me. First, they're huge! Second, very melty and fresh. Third, there was a yummy Cajun-like seasoning on it... very tasty and will come back. ”
